Organic Honey
Have not tried yet.Was wondering if this was a raw honey as it does not say on the label? I would have preferred raw honey.
I use a lot of honey in home baking, in teas, etc. The 5kg provides good value but it was at what I would call a medium level of crystalized solids. I chose to seperate it all into glass jars right away as once Honey solidifies, it's way harder to do this process.
Not quite raw...
I will agree with Celine, I was pretty disheartened when the potent gravity filtered raw honey first disappeared, but I get it! I decided to stick with the creamed honey as well and awaited the email for it to return to stock a few months later. Unfortunately when I ordered it, it was not creamed honey, it was this, which is fine honey, but I am sad they don't sell raw honey at this time was a bit disappointed they didn't tell me about the switch up, instead leading me to believe I was ordering what I was waiting for. Nonetheless, appreciate this company and am endlessly grateful to all the bees <3
Different Product
I was purchasing the 2 gallon honey for almost two years and then it unfortunately went out of stock Jan 23'. When it came back in stock in the summer I was so excited to re-purchase but was quickly dismayed at the completely different looking (and tasting) honey I received. Instead of the creamy, raw unpasteurized honey I got what look liked pasteurized, clear liquid honey. I've been crossing my fingers it will come back but from reviewing a recent comment it seems like the liquid honey is still being sold. OM if you read this please bring back your original honey or even find one that is similar. Thank you <3
100 percent fresh
100 percent fresh honey is not creamed. It's liquid after time it will thicken and you can call it creamed.
